About This Project
The project consists of 3 steel framed structures including traditional
brick, block work and insulated panels. The main structure is the
storage areas which include racked storage facilities. The third
smaller two story structure is the administration centre which includes
the main reception area, welfare facilities and offices with sales
administration on the first floor.
The project is valued at £160 million and is to be completed within 18
months.
