EMPLOYEE CONSULTATION
The company encourages every employee to contribute to the success of the
business by taking a pro-active approach to resolving Health, Safety and Welfare
concerns or suggesting improvements.
The Health and Safety Committee meet on a regular basis to promote a strong
Health and Safety culture in the workplace and to develop a partnership between
management and employees to improve the standards of Health and Safety.
We promote Health and Safety by:-
● Holding regular Health and Safety Committee meetings:
● An open door policy where every complaint is thoroughly investigated;
● Encourage participation in developing management systems and Safe Systems
of Work;
● Encouraging all employees to promote Health and Safety and take personal
ownership of meeting the company’s goals and objectives;
● Safety campaigns and posters.
