Continuous Improvement Programme
One of Vincent’s expertise is developing robust management systems and
effective continuous improvement programmes working with management,
employees and contractors to develop a coherent strategy. The above charts
show the very rapid improvement that has been achieved.
The chart on the left is an actual example how quickly the Eynsham Group was
turned around. The above chart is an example of Observation Report
