First Aid Arrangements

The First Aider’s are listed below. All accidents must be recorded in
the Accident Book which is located at the site office, (see site layout

plan);

• If an accident occurs, please call one of the designated First Aider’s
as detailed on the list of First Aider poster. However, if the accident

appears to be serious, such as a fall from height or injury that could
result in loss of life etc. call the emergency services direct;

• Provide details of the accident, the name of the injured person,
injuries sustained, site location and the site access point;

• Please call the emergency services direct by calling 999 (or 112
from a mobile phone);

• Inform the site management team ASAP so they can prepare

access and emergency arrangements prior to the paramedics or
ambulance arriving;

• Less serious accidents will be dealt with by the site First Aid team;

• All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book which is
located at the site office, (see site layout plan);

• The First Aid boxes are located in the site office and as detailed on
the notice board.
