                                                               Pre-qualify contractors
                                                               Issue contractors contract documents & ensure signed off
                                                               Appoint contractors at least 10 days before commencement
                                                               RAMS to be issued 5 days before commencement
                                                               Provide, COSHH, Manual Handling and HAVS Assessments
                                                               Review, approve or reject contractor RAMS, update register
                                                               Use white board planning
                                                               Social distancing planned and organised
                                                               P.P.E. worn as required
                                                               Organise and chair & Pre-Start Meeting
                                                               Induct employees and contractors
                                                               Undertake 15 minute Safety Tour
                                                               Review, action and close out Safety Inspection Reports
                                                               Check work at height equipment is safe and statutory
                                                               inspection completed
                                                               Check excavations are safe and statutory inspection
                                                               completed
                                                               Contractors are completing PUWER & LOLER inspections
                                                               Work equipment is provided with suitable guards
              GOOD PROJECT MANAGEMENT,                         110-volt electrical work equipment used and PAT tested
                                                               Dust suppression systems (LEV or wetting down systems)
              PLANNING, MONITORING AND                         Issue Permits-to-Work
                                                               Lift Plans are completed and checked
