Introduction

Vincent Doyle has had a successful career in site and project management for
well known developers in the United Kingdom including:

● Henry Boot Homes
● Redrow Homes

● Sol Homes
● Norwest Holst Construction
He has built a reputation for taking over projects that were in difficulty and
turning them around to be financially successful, completed on time, within
budget and to a high standard with excellent customer feedback. This was
mainly due to his project management skills and management of contractors.

He was promoted to contracts manager with Redrow Homes, rewarded for his
contribution to the success of the projects he managed. He was promoted to
Project Manager with Norwest Holst for the completion of difficult projects on
the Isle of Man and Llandudno in Wales, turning potential loss making projects
into successful profitable developments.

After several years managing construction projects Vincent was looking for
new opportunities and changed his career path to follow his passion for Health
and Safety. His first Health and Safety position was as resident Health and
Safety Manager for Bovis Construction on the £600 million Trafford Shopping
Centre in Manchester, a huge rapid build project completed in 27 months. The
project won two consecutive internal “Safe Project of the Year awards” .

Upon the successful completion of the Trafford Centre project, he was
promoted to Regional Health and Safety Manager, responsible for Worcester
Royal Infirmary and Touchwood Court Shopping Centre.

Vincent’s senior Health and Safety Management positions included:-

Health and Safety Manager - Tilbury Douglas (now Interserve),
Major Projects Division.

Health and Safety Manager - Irish & Lagan Asphalt, part of the
(Ireland) Lagan Group of companies.

Group Health and Safety - Taggart Homes Ltd.
Manager Housing developments through the UK
and Ireland.

Group Health and Safety - Eynsham Group (Trent Valley Architectural
Manager Glazing and 3D Aluminium Ltd.).

Freelance Health and Safety - Various types companies including:-
Manager Manufacturing - engineering
Manufacturing - architectural glazing
Construction - architectural glazing
Manufacture and installation of modular
(pod) housing units.
