In Case You Missed It: Chief Greg McLean Retires

After 30+ years with the Post Falls Police Department,
Chief Greg McLean retired on October 18, 2025. Chief
McLean began his career in 1989 and served in nearly
every role in the department, ultimately leading as
Chief of Police.

Captain Jason Mealer will serve as Interim Chief while
the City begins the search for a permanent
replacement.

Parks & Recreation Director Dave Fair
to Retire at the End of the Year

Hoe-ly Cow!

Please get out your overalls and straw bales to make
hay while the sun shines and to join us in celebrating
the “legendairy” Dave Fair and his “Last Day at the Fair”
but not his last day on the farm…. Life is better on the
farm.
We look forward to everyone joining us in celebrating
Dave and enjoying some great Fair inspired food and

events.
