Harroo I like the overall culture at Essex. There is a positive attitude from leadership. I

have been lucky enough to always work with great teams who truly believe in

teamwork. Lastly, diversity. I think representation matters, and I love to see the

Fun Fact: I have a culinary arts degree.

I moved from New York to California, then I began my journey with Essex, June
2018. I started as a maintenance technician then prompted to a leasing specialist
in June 2018. I am the first maintenance technician to complete the Steps to
Success program within the company.

What I admire and value about Essex is the mentorship, support, and training.
Additionally, the opportunities that Essex offers employees to grow within the
Endri company.
