I started with Essex in 2015 and have worked as a Leasing Agent in both Seattle
and Southern California regions including San Diego and Orange County.

I was promoted to an Assistant Manager in 2018 and currently work at one of our
Bothell, Washington properties. I love working with Essex because I feel this
company truly takes care of their employees and it’s one of the
best work environments, I have been in. I love that they encourage us to learn
Lauren more and promote within.

I have been with the Essex Property Trust about 7 months.

I started as a Maintenance Technician at The Meadows in Simi Valley. Recently, I
was promoted to Senior Maintenance Tech.
