I have been an Essex Leasing Specialist at Villa Siena for one and a half years so
far. Learning from Hoa and Hien have been great. They have taught me and
continuously teaching me more every day. Little by little I am learning some of the
Assistant Manager tasks from Hien. Hien has shown me how to do move out
charges, the full move out statement, and keeping up with all the refund
checks/payments due. I’m mainly at Villa Siena but when other properties need
help, I go where I am needed. Seeing how each property organizes their office and
Mysti differences of all the residents is wonderful. I feel like I get to see all different sides
of Essex.

Specialist – Fun Fact: I was a Junior Professional Figure Skater for 14 years and then discovered
Villa Siena
Rock Climbing. Ever since Rock Climbing came into my life, I yearn for it. The
puzzles that Rock Climbing creates in my mind are unique and I must figure it out
with my short stance. It opens my mind to more than an artistic flow but also a
peculiar way of opening my eyes to see bigger.
