The Emerging Leaders Program aims to provide high potential associates with the
tools and skills necessary to broaden their strategic perspective, cultivate
leadership presence, and more skillfully navigate critical challenges and successes.

The program takes place in a virtual setting, allowing participants the opportunity
to participate and learn at an appropriate pace. The curriculum focuses on

leadership foundations, giving effective feedback, empowerment and
accountability, working with conflict, and leading team development. Through
real time interactive sessions, group work, and assessments, participants can
expect to walk away with a refined leadership presence, a large toolkit of skills to

help them think strategically, and the ability to effectively lead a team and achieve
business results.
