“Mmm”, pouted Chloe. I’m pretty certain, they’re coming home to tell me how
pretty I am”.
“Don’t be ridiculous” scoffed Bonsai. “Every Ninja knows they’re coming home
to pat me - to rub my belly and my ears”.
“Well if they don’t hurry up, I’ll be giving them a piece of my mind” huffed
Sophie (who was also known as Grumble).
The Dogparents arrived and the usual crazy kerfuffle and enthusiastic
greetings ensued. After all, the dogs hadn’t seen the Dogparents ALL day!
It appeared though that none of the Gang had been right as none of their
surmising’s occurred!
After the Dogparents went inside and put their bags away and got changed
into their ‘being at home with dogs’ clothes, Maisie (whose self appointed job
was to let everyone know when ANYTHING was happening) barked out the
news that a car had pulled up at the front gate.
