*English Language Arts Test:
April 19th & April 20th
*State Mathematics Test:
May 2nd & May 3rd
*State Science Test:
May 23rd through June 2nd (8th only!)

Parent Announcement
We will be reintroducing our ONECALL System! Please be on the lookout for helpful social emotional and academic information sent directly to your phone.
OneCall is an online tool we will be utilizing in order to strengthen communication with parents and students through a direct system. We plan to send out useful information bi-monthly.

New At Our Schools?
GEAR UP Thrives has provided PS/MS 280 with calculators! In addition to aiding in math, this will increase your child’s chances of achieving a higher potential academically!
According to University College in London, “When integrated into the teaching of mental and other calculation approaches, calculators can be very effective for developing non-calculator computation
skills; students become better at arithmetic in general and are likely to self-regulate their use of calculators, consequently making less (but better)
use of them.”
