From Molecule-Centric to Immune-Centric
               Design

In the platform model, the immune system isn’t treated as
an obstacle—it’s treated as a design partner.

Every step of development—from antigen selection to
delivery method—is informed by how the therapy will be
               received immunologically. That means:

                   • Engaging tolerance pathways early through oral or
                       mucosal delivery
                   • Reducing immunogenic flags through low-noise
                       expression platforms
                   • Including tolerogenic adjuvants to instruct
                       acceptance from first exposure
                   • Layering in ADA tracking, Treg recruitment
                       data, and immune biomarkers throughout
                       development

This is not just a better way to build one drug.
It’s a replicable architecture—a foundation that can be
reused across indications, mechanisms, and modalities.

               Durability Becomes the Differentiator

In a patchwork model, differentiation often comes down to:

                   • Slight improvements in efficacy curves
                   • Modified dosing schedules
                   • Marketing around patient convenience or biomarker
                       targeting
