Because only when we change the architecture will we
               change the outcome.

The immune system has been trying to teach us this for
               years.

Now it's our turn to listen—and build accordingly.

               8.3 – The Biologic Rebellion Becomes a
               Movement

The old biologic model was built on silence. No one talked
about SLOR. ADA data was buried in appendices. Patients
assumed failure was personal—not structural. The system
profited from rotation, and the churn was normalized.

But silence is giving way to movement. Across the
landscape, a rebellion is taking shape—led not just by
scientists or startups, but by patients, advocates,
investors, and engineers who believe biologics can and
should work longer. This is not just a shift in drug design.
               It’s a shift in accountability.

The rebellion becomes a revolution when the call to action
               spreads.

Scientists: Design for Coexistence, Not Combat

For decades, the gold standard in biologics was potency.
The molecule that inhibited harder, lasted longer in serum,
or cleared the target protein faster was the winner.
