                   The old saying goes: “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” We
               beg to differ. We have learned more about financial services and how to
               better advise our clients in the past five years than our many years in the
               industry combined. Why? Because we are willing to learn. We realized
               that we needed to become more educated on all of the details of IRA
               distribution.
                   We set out to gather as much information as possible. We attended
               webinars, seminars, ordered publications, scanned IRS forms and more.
               The results have been astounding. We learned about a little-known tax
               break called Net Unrealized Appreciation which has the potential to save
               our clients that hold company-owned stock in their 401k thousands of
               dollars in distribution taxes.
                   We are constantly seeking new information; it has become a habit
               and, ultimately, we have become a much more valuable resource to our
