Interior Buildout/Trade Management

Merchco believes the driving force behind a remodel should
be focused on customer service, maintaining sales, and ensuring
the store team can operate as easily as possible. We look at
remodels and refreshes from the perspective of a Retailer,
not a General Contractor.

Merchco can provide and manage the trades associated with
interior remodels and refreshes: paint, electrical, flooring, plumbing,
and other scopes. Merchco prioritizes safety and cleanliness, and all
trade subcontractors must adhere to a strict code of ethics. We take
ownership of all aspects of the remodel process and provide the
owner with a single source of accountability and without the added
cost of a separate General Contractor.

Our Project Coordinators are trained
to manage the following:
• Coordination of trades
• Scheduling of deliveries
• Fixture installation
• Merchandising crews
• Complete remodel crews
• Reporting responsibilities
