Construction Management Case Study








 A corporate directive called for a number of repair
 and maintenance improvements in multiple
 locations to be completed in less than 45 days
 before the end of the fiscal year.  Merchco Services
 was asked to survey the locations, then complete
 the work in over two hundred stores spanning
 four states.

 Work required at each location varied greatly
 including restroom repair, tile replacement,
 exterior paint and facade repair, landscaping,
 gutter replacement, parking lot resurfacing,
 and a multitude of other maintenance or
 repair items.


 Merchco utilized its project management team,
 field supervisors, project leads, and subcontractors
 and was able to exceed the customer's
 expectations and complete ahead
 of schedule.
