The building is situated in front of
former military baracks, which provide
some ‘good’ examples of what we will
refer to in this booklet as “unwelcoming
elements”. It is surrounded by long and
high sealed walls, and currently only
has two (gated) entrances. Even though
the premises - temporarily occupied by
SeeU - are public, to enter from the side
of Fritz Toussaint street, one must pass
a STOP sign, barriers and a building
with the logo of the federal police.
