Introduction

Many thanks for your interest in our range of UV/VIS/NIR cuvettes and associated products. We hope that the clear
layout and classification provide all the information you need in order to find the right product. We’d be happy to
receive your suggestions for improvements - please let us know and we’ll try to incorporate them in future versions.
The first few pages provide basic information on choosing the right product and how to take care of it. The rest of
the catalogue is devoted to the products: a table with the essential technical data and a photo or drawing or both.
That’s followed bv a list showing all available configurations of that particular cuvette type with pricing.

We offer two product ranges – here’s why:

Since 1958 NSG Precision Cells, Inc. stood for quality products. In 2014 they rebranded to FireflySci, Inc. At the
same time, the Brooklyn based company made a lot of structural changes resulting in much shorter delivery times
on the majority of products.

The majority of our customers are in Academia where cost plays a primary role. Based on our similarly named
online purchasing platform, the Lab-Club product range evolved – not as comprehensive as FireflySci, but in many
case considerably less expensive.

In a nutshell, we offer quality products to suit all budgets.

It’s easy to see whether there’s a Lab-Club alternative…

The FireflySci part numbers begin with FF, the Lab-Club numbers start with LC. Also, the description tables for the
Lab-Club products are in green. Certain cuvette types are available in so many configurations that the list of Lab-
Club products may be on the next page.
Please note that all the technical data tables are based on the FireflySci products – the data for the Lab-Club
products are almost identical. In the very few cases where only Lab-Club products are available, the tables are in
green.
If, despite the vast range of products, you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, please let us know. In most
cases we are able to quote for a bespoke product.

By the way: cuvette or cell? Both terms are commonly used – we don’t differentiate between the two.
