                                                                                   with fresh coriander, naan
                                                                                      or long grain rice.










 Butter chicken






 THIS CURRY CREATES AN AWESOME TASTE THAT LINGERS IN THE MOUTH



 Preparation time: 10 minutes    1 tsp garam masala
 Cooking time: 10-15 minutes   1 tsp red chilli powder
 Serves 3-4   1 tsp crushed garlic
  Juice of half a lemon
 You will need:   1-2 tsp salt
  4 chicken breasts cut in cubes
  ¼ cup butter   ¼ cup fresh cream
  2 cinnamon sticks   1 tbsp ground cashew nuts
  2 cloves   Freshly chopped coriander to garnish
  ½ cup liquidised tomato



 Method

 1 Melt the butter, then add the cinnamon sticks and the cloves. When they start to sizzle add the
 tomato, garam masala, chilli powder, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

 2 Marinate the chicken cubes in this and cook on a low heat until tender. Do not overcook, else the
 chicken will be dry and tough.

 3 Add the cream and the ground cashew nuts and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

 4 Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
