CHEESE USED IN TRADITIONAL INDIAN CUISINE
Preparation time: 10 minutes Paneer with peas:
using ready-made paneer
Cooking time: 15 minutes 1 tbsp cooking oil
Serves 4 1 large onion diced up
300g fresh peas
You will need: 1 tbsp plain yoghurt
