What's the first thing you do when you meet your
friend?
Surely the first thing we do is greet her/him. We
might say hi/hello and then ask her/him condition.
Have you ever met your friend today?
It seems almost every day we meet with friends
both at school and at home.
A.Greeting
In everyday life, greeting is expression that is almost
always used by people when they meet someone they
know or they don't know. The expression of greeting is
usually used at the beginning of a conversation or before
starting the main topic. You must often hear or say the
words Hi and Hello to greet other people, and also say
the phrase "How are you?" to ask how we are when we
meet someone, right? Well, that's what is called Greeting.
