CODE OF ETHICS
This code is established to promote the highest standards of service and conduct
for members of the International Pool Group. By maintaining these principles,
our members will be recognized as professionals by consumers, suppliers, and other industry professionals. It is intended to provide end-users with the comfort of knowledge that International Pool Group members provide an ethical, professional, and responsible service, and that they can expect a higher level of quality performance.
As a member in good standing of the International Pool Group, I accept and fully agree to abide by this code and pledge to:
❙ Practice honesty and integrity, adhering to the highest standards in our industry.
❙ Establish mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
and treat such suppliers and subcontractors honestly and fairly.
❙ Utilize every practical opportunity to expand my professional knowledge, always working to improve myself and my profession.
❙ Observe all provincial and federal laws and promote enforcement of those laws.
❙ Maintain the highest level of personal conduct to reflect positively upon
the Pool & Spa Industry.
❙ Recognize and observe the highest standards of integrity in my relationships with fellow Pool and Spa retailers and other associates within this industry.
❙ Express professional opinions on technical subjects publicly only when that opinion is founded upon adequate knowledge of facts and competence in the subject matter.
❙ Acknowledge and respond to all grievances brought to the International Pool Group.
❙ Uphold the Code of Ethics in all professional activity and use the International Pool Group name only for purposes that are authorized and fairly represent the organization and its professional standards.
