Hot tub warranty
STRUCTURE AND SHELL SURFACE
FURNISHINGS AND PLASTICS
The manufacturer warrants the structural integrity
and shell surface of the hot tub as follows:
❙ 10-Year Acrylic Shell Structure Warranty:
The acrylic shell is warranted to maintain its
structural integrity and remain free from water
leaks caused by manufacturing defects for ten
(10) years from the original date of delivery.
❙ 5-Year Structural Warranty:
The internal stainless-steel frame supporting the shell
is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship
for five (5) years from the original delivery date. This
warranty does not cover corrosion due to improper
water chemistry or installation outside manufacturer
specifications.
❙ 3-Year Acrylic Surface Warranty:
The acrylic surface is warranted against blistering,
cracking, or delamination due to manufacturing
defects for three (3) years from delivery. Normal
wear or UV fading is excluded.
PLUMBING AND COMPONENT
The manufacturer warrants the furnishings
and plastics of the hot tub as follows:
❙ 2-Year Jet Internal Warranty:
The jet internals are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects
for a period of two years (2) from the date of delivery. This warranty
excludes bearings damaged by grit, sand, and improper water
chemistry, causing corrosion of the part,
and is limited to the supply of replacement parts after
the faulty part has been returned to the manufacturer
for warranty inspection.
❙ 1-Year Plastic Control Part Warranty:
The plastic control parts, such as diverters and air controllers,
are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty excludes
damage caused by grit, sand, and improper water chemistry, causing
corrosion of the part, and is limited to
the supply of replacement parts after the faulty part has
been returned to the manufacturer for warranty inspection.
❙ 1-Year Cabinet Warranty:
The hot tub cabinet is warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
This warranty specifically covers the structural integrity of the
cabinet, including peeling, splitting, cracking, and warping.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY PROVISIONS
The manufacturer warrants the plumbing and components of
the hot tub as follows:
❙ 3-Year Internal Plumbing Warranty:
The plumbing and piping are warranted against
defects in materials and workmanship for three
(3) years from delivery.
❙ 2-Year Control Box and Display
Module Warranty:
The electronic control system and display are
warranted for two (2) years against defects
in materials or workmanship. Consumables
(fuses, bulbs, gaskets) excluded.
❙ 2-Year Heater Warranty:
The heater is warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of two years (2) from
the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to the
supply of replacement parts and does not cover
damage caused by improper water balance, which
may subject the heater to abrasive or acidic water.
❙ 2-Year Pump Warranty:
The pumps are warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of two years (2) from
the date of delivery. Any sudden or consistent water
loss must be reported to your local dealer immediately.
Damage to the pump motor caused by a prolonged
leak that was not reported to your dealer will not
be covered under this warranty.
❙ 1-Year Electrical Component Warranty:
The manufacturer warrants the factory-installed
Bluetooth music module, speakers, amplifier,
subwoofer, hot tub ozone module, and LED light
assemblies to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for one year (1) from the
date of delivery.
❙ 1-Year Hot Tub Cover Warranty:
The hot tub cover is warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the structural integrity of the cover
and the vinyl. Damage caused to stitching, straps, or locks due to
improper use of the cover will not be covered under warranty.
Disposal of any cover replaced under warranty will be the owner’s
responsibility.
❙ 90-Day Warranty on Other Fixtures
and Furnishings:
The manufacturer warrants all other parts not previously
mentioned for 90 days from the date of delivery. This applies to
items such as filter housing and topside display stickers. Items that
can be replaced without the use of a tool, such
as filter cartridges, filter lids, hot tub pillows, and cover locks, are
not included in the warranty but are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship at the time
of delivery.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact your authorized dealer within the warranty period. Provide
proof of purchase, serial number, and photos of the issue. The
manufacturer or distributor will determine if inspection or part
replacement is required. Warranty claims must be addressed within
a reasonable delay, as required by Canadian Consumer Protection
legislation.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the legal warranties
provided under the Consumer Protection Act (Québec, sections 37–38)
and the Civil Code of Québec (articles 1726–1730), or under provincial
laws elsewhere in Canada. These guarantee that the product is free from
hidden defects, fit for normal use, and will last for a reasonable time.
