❙ Diagnosis: Check for airlocks, debris in the pump,
or electrical issues.
❙ Solution: Clear blockages, ensure proper priming,
and inspect electrical connections.
HEATER NOT HEATING:
❙ Symptoms: Water does not heat up or takes longer
than expected to reach the desired temperature.
❙ Diagnosis: Check the thermostat settings, heating
element, and insulation.
❙ Solution: Calibrate the thermostat, replace
a faulty heating element, or improve insulation.
HIGH THD DETECTED:
❙ Symptoms: Excessive noise, component
failure, or decreased performance.
❙ Diagnosis: Check electrical connections and components
for interference or incorrect wiring.
❙ Solution: Ensure equipment is properly grounded and
installed in compliance with CSA (Canadian Standard
Association) and provincial electrical standards.
Replace worn components, and adjust wiring to reduce
interference.
WATER QUALITY ISSUES:
❙ Symptoms: Cloudy water, strange odors, or difficulty
maintaining proper chemical levels.
❙ Diagnosis: Check filtration system, pump flow rate,
and ozone generator.
❙ Solution: Clean or replace filters, ensure proper
chemical balance, and verify that the ozone system
is functioning correctly.

are stable, as warmer weather can lead to rapid water
evaporation and imbalances.
