        Keeping Active
Even during this time of uncertainty,
research shows that exercise is one of the
best ways to keep our body strong and
healthy. Exercise not only helps keep our
hearts healthy, but it can even improve
balance, coordination and fine motor skills,
which helps improve writing. Exercise helps
our brains work at maximum capacity which
means that our academic development and
concentration also improves. I am so excited
to share the EPG Challenges with you and
your family each week and I hope that these
challenges are not only helping your families
stay active and challenging your thinking,
but that they are also fun! If you have not
started, I encourage you to give them a try,
and for those who are joining along, please
        keep going!
