2024-25 LICENSED PRESCHOOL AND
UNIVERSAL PRESCHOOL PROGRAM (UPK)

Families can register and self-pay for youth who are three-years-old.
Registration for this class (913110) began on March 1, 2024 with request
forms.
All four-year-old children qualify for 15-hours of free preschool a week
in the year before they start kindergarten. Youth must turn age four
by October 1, 2024. Our Kinder Readiness half-day classes qualify for
the UPK funding. We will work with families to complete our internal
registration process once they are matched with our program.

Families enrolling for self-pay tuition in Early Preschool TURTLES I Thornton Community Center
during the school year are responsible for paying the 913155-C Mo-Fr 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
non-refundable $45 registration fee, non-refundable May
2025 tuition deposit and the prorated tuition for the month
they enroll. This is due at the time of registration. Contact

September 3-April 3: third of every month, monthly
self-pay tuition is due for Early Preschool.

TURN AND LEARN I AGES 3-5
PAIRED GYMNASTICS AND PRESCHOOL CLASS
Interested in enriching your child’s knowledge base? Enroll your child in
gymnastics after preschool at Carpenter Recreation Center. Participants
will learn skills through structured activities. Staff will walk the chil-
dren between classes. This class is open to both participants enrolled
in preschool and participants that are not. Fees: $71.50R/$85.25NR;
$19.50R/$23.25*
