บทน า

ประเทศไทยพบการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒๐๑๙ (Coronavirus Disease :

COVID-19) ครั้งแรกต้นเดือนมกราคม ๒๕๖๓ และมีจ านวนผู้ติดเชื้อเพมขึ้นอย่างช้าๆ จนถึงเดือนมีนาคม

๒๕๖๓ มียอดผู้ป่วยใหม่สูงสุดของการระบาดรอบแรก ๑๘๘ คน ในวันที่ ๑๕ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๓ แล้วจึงลดลง
ต่อเนื่อง สามารถควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดผู้ติดเชื้ออยู่ในระดับตัวเลขสองหลักได้นานถึง ๙ เดือน แต่หลังจาก

นั้นไม่นานก็เกิดการระบาดรอบ ๒ ที่ตลาดกลางกุ้งจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีผู้ติดเชื้อ ๕๗๖ คน ในวันที่ ๑๙
