                                                                    INGREDIENTS

                                                                    •   250 ml unsweetened almond milk
                                                                    •   1 frozen banana
                                                                    •   65 g rolled oats
                                                                    •   65 g plain yogurt
                                                                    •   1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
                                                                    •   1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon
                                                                    •   80 g frozen blueberries
                                                                    •   1 scoop (30 g) Kyäni FIT20

                                                                    PREPARATION

                                                                    Add unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana,
                                                                    rolled oats, plain yogurt, vanilla extract, ground
                                                                    cinnamon, frozen blueberries, and a scoop of Kyäni
                                                                    FIT20 into a blender and mix until smooth.
