                                                                   •   400 ml milk
                                                                   •   1 tbsp agave syrup
                                                                   •   3 tbsp rasped almonds
                                                                   •   1 scoop (30 g) Kyäni FIT20 or CORE 140+


                                                                   PREPARATION
                                                                   Place all ingredients in your blender and blend
                                                                   them until your drink has an evenly smooth
