INGREDIENTS
• 1 frozen banana
• 90 g greek or plain yogurt
• 1 scoop (30 g) Kyäni FIT20
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 90 ml skim milk
• 1 tbsp agave syrup
• 100 g pumpkin puree
• 2-3 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high
speed for about 3 minutes or until smooth – this
may take longer depending on your blender.
Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
Add more milk to make it less thick. Add a couple of
ice cubes for a thicker texture, if desired.
