     Find  your zen  and  relax  with  this  herbal,
     hydrating post-workout smoothie that's full of
     protein and antioxidants.

     INGREDIENTS


     1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
     250 ml coconut milk
     ½ frozen banana
     1 tsp cinnamon
     30 g rolled oats

     PREPARATION


     Simply put all the ingredients in a blender, mix
     everything well and serve the shake in a glass.
