This co ee and cocoa breakfast shake is the
perfect blend of protein, carbohydrates, and fats
with a stimulant e ect.
INGREDIENTS
200 ml soy drink 100 g banana
100 ml co ee 1 tsp agave syrup
1 pouch Kyäni FIT20 1 tsp cocoa powder
PREPARATION
Simply put all the ingredients in a blender, mix everyt-
hing well and serve the shake in a glass.
