              This breakfast smoothie is the perfect breakfast for a morning when you don't have much
              time. Can be prepared both vegan and non-vegan.




              INGREDIENTS


              200 ml of almond milk or milk of your choice
              1 tsp of rolled oats
              2 pitted dates
              1 tsp of hazelnuts
              1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
              1 tsp of chia seeds
              Pinch of salt



              PREPARATION


              Simply put all the ingredients in a blender, mix everything well and serve the shake in a
              glass. Decorate it with extra dates if you want.
