     Shakes are ideal if you are hungry between
     meals. You decide whether it's fruity or sweet.

     INGREDIENTS


     50 g oats
     100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
     1 teaspoon peanut butter
     1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
     1 teaspoon honey

     1 teaspoon  axseed (ground)
     4 ice cubes

     PREPARATION
