STRAWBERRY

                                                                                                                                     With the sour buttermilk shake, morning grumps are gently jostled or shaken awake!
                                                                                                                                     Psst: Strawberry fans will be especially happy.



                                                                                                                                     INGREDIENTS


                                                                                                                                     200 g strawberries
                                                                                                                                     1 pouch Kyäni HL5 Citrus
                                                                                                                                     1 small banana
                                                                                                                                     400 g buttermilk
                                                                                                                                     6 tbsp breakfast porridge  akes



                                                                                                                                     (pure; alternatively,  ne whole grain oats and  axseed)

                                                                                                                                     PREPARATION


                                                                                                                                     Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into
                                                                                                                                     large pieces. Puree the banana pieces, strawberries and HL5 together with buttermilk and
                                                                                                                                     breakfast porridge  akes in a blender.
