 This post-workout shake supports you in your training, reducing recovery time and
 promoting muscle growth.




 INGREDIENTS


 125 ml almond milk
 33 g peanut butter
 1 tablespoon cocoa
 1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
 1 ripe banana
 4–6 ice cubes



 PREPARATION


 Just put all the ingredients in a blender, mix everything well and serve the shake in a glass.

 Drink the shake a maximum of 60 minutes after training for maximum bene ts.
