 If you don't have time in the morning to prepare
 a fancy breakfast that is also healthy, then this
 smoothie recipe for breakfast is the right choice
 for you.
 INGREDIENTS


 230 ml coconut water
 4 almonds
 1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 apple
 1 tbsp  axseed

 PREPARATION


 Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to a
