PROTEIN POWER








              You don't like protein shakes? Then you should try this smoothie with peanut butter
              right away.




              INGREDIENTS


              1 medium-sized banana                    1 pinch of cinnamon
              2 medium-sized dates                     1.5 tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
              250 ml chocolate oat drink               1 tbsp peanut (unsalted)
              1.5 tbsp oats                            1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla




              PREPARATION


              Cut the bananas and dates into large pieces. Put in a blender together with the chocolate
              oat drink, oats, and cinnamon. Puree to a smooth smoothie at high speed. Then add the
              creamy peanut butter and mix everything again. Divide the smoothie into glasses. Chop
              the peanuts and sprinkle over the smoothie.
