                                            BOOST













              One thing is clear: you need enough energy to be able to properly carry out your training
              with heavy weights. 30–60 minutes before your workout. Maximum energy for maximum
              performance, simple to digest.




              INGREDIENTS


              60 g frozen strawberries/blueberries/mixed berries
              20 drops Kyäni Nitro Xtreme
              ½ banana
              60 g low-fat Greek yogurt
              120 ml milk (skim milk/almond milk/soy milk)
              3-4 ice cubes



              PREPARATION


              Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to a smoothie.
