3. Workplan
The activities to be executed are scheduled in Table 3. According to the TOR, the amount of
effort for data collection is three months. The two interviews and focus group discussion will
take 2 weeks each. When the interview with key institutions is completed, data analysis can
begin along with interview with sectorial committees and focus group discussion with farmers.
The report writing will start at the completion of the focus group discussion. The draft baseline
report will be sent to the Technical Committee for review. Upon inputting comments from the
Technical Committee, the Second draft baseline report will be sent to key stakeholders for
review. The national consultation workshop will be held after 2 weeks of sending the draft
report to key stakeholders. The incorporation of feedbacks from stakeholders and finalization
of the report can be done in December.
