their rehearsal on coming Thursday.

6. Pray for weekly ministries:
Pray for the Sunday sermons, that the Lord will speak to us His word, through His servants,
Pr. Mark Tan and Dr. Francis Lai. May God help the livestream of the English service, that
everything will run smoothly.

7. Pray for the Church Education in our Church
Bro. Oliver’s bible study and Pr. Lai’s Baptist history class. May the members grow in the
Lord. Pray for the Chinese and English Sunday School classes. May God bless the teachers
and students, especially for Angel and Sean, that they can regularly attend class. Also for the
Chinese Sunday School, especially those who cannot attend online classes like Sis. Lydia, Sis.
Ying Ngoh, and Mr. Soong.

8. Pray for the AGM and business meeting scheduled on 28/3. May the bless the meeting
that it will go smoothly.

9. Pray for the needs our brothers and sisters: Mrs Cheah is receiving physiotherapy
treatment at Tung Shin hospital. Pray for a speedy recovery that she may be discharged
soon.

Prayer Items for April 2021 禱告事項

1. Thanksgiving:
Let us pray for God to give us a heart of thanksgiving and rely on Him to lead us through
each day.

2. Pray for the ordination of deacons and pastor in our church.
Pray for Pr. Lai as he prepares the lessons for the ordinations. Pray for the brothers and
sisters who will be attending the classes for deaconship, and for other members who are
interested to learn how to serve the Lord well. Pray that all who attend the classes will be able
to understand the responsibilities of a deacon.
