of spring, the buzzing of the bees, a chorus of frogs,
and the songs of birds, it is a time to get out of the house and enjoy
events and hikes on the shores of Lake Michigan.
Join us, Saturday, April 18, 2020 from 10 a.m. to noon for the 10th
anniversary of Dash at the Dunes held at Woodland Dunes Nature

by clearing the trail for participants who run or walk 5K on the Ice
Age Trail Dunes Segment. We will also have a booth with brochures,
maps, and photos as well as friendly volunteers willing to share their
knowledge and love of the Trail.
Put Saturday, May 30, 2020, on your calendar. Our fi rst monthly
hike starts at Potawatomi State Park, in lovely Door County, the
eastern terminus of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. The 2.8-mile
hike includes the Niagara Escarpment and beautiful views of the
Sturgeon Bay.
