HOW TO BOOK A CASUAL DAY
When you enroll at DMW, you secure a permanent position at our service. However, we do also offer casual days when extra spots are available. To book a casual day, simply call us on 9548 1333 and we’ll let you know if a spot is available on your preferred day.
MAKE-UP DAYS
While we cannot guarantee make- up days for absences (whether it be illness, injury or a family holiday), we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
If you plan on taking any time off with your child, please let us know ASAP so that we can offer casual positions to other families and ensure this information is communicated with Centrelink.
Please note that any cancellation of a causal booking with less than 48 hours notice will attract a payment of half the daily fee charge.
For bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, no fee will apply.
