Why this is extremely important
• The home page provides a snapshot into open tickets. Bulldog HQ Admins send tickets
with important information about your customers. Be sure to check your open tickets
throughout the day and always respond IMMEDIATELY.
Get paid your commissions on-time
• You will be notified of any cancels/reschedules, customer complaints, service requests,
billing and paperwork issues associated with your homeowners. To keep your customer
happy and avoid delays in commission payouts, check your tickets daily and respond/
resolved the issues ASAP!

Closing a ticket once resolved tickets by 5 PM each business
• After responding to a ticket, go back to the Home Screen and click on the little red day if you are handling your
exclamation point on the left-hand side of the ticket until it turns green. Once you refresh customers correctly.
