                                                 •    Do not sound like you are reading a script

                                                 •    Make sure to slow down and not talk too fast


                                                 •    Look confident and speak enthusiastically

                                                 •    Make sure to point to the keypad with authority


                                                 •    Approach each home as an opportunity

                                                 •    Do not sell at the door. Always transition your sale into the home


                                                 •    When transitioning into the “Walk Through”, take control when telling

                                                      them to show you the keypad vs. asking them.
