A Chicken Wrangler’s Day
Today, twelve of my chickens are

for my closeup.” working. In addition to Adele, there
are Little Blue, Little Yellow, and
nine others. Charles, my rooster, is
already filling the air with his
morning song, cock-a-doodle-doo.
Like most roosters, he thinks he’s
the star. And he often is. But not today. This is the day
for Adele to be in the spotlight!
