I have this co-worker who has been a problem of mine since
he started working in our department.
He is nice and very caring but the problem with him is that he
always goes home early and wouldn't finish his work on time.
Since we work together, I can not really talk to him about how
bad I feel about this, I wouldn't want my boss to know either
because he might take this against him.
What should I do?
