Dear Chicken Diary,

Today I got to meet the other actors on my movie.

So many of them have gone to big chicken acting

schools. A lot have come from families where the

chickens all work in the movies. What if I don’t fit in?

One of the actors sure made me feel like I don’t

belong. Slim the Worm made a joke about the way

I talk. He didn’t think I heard him, but I did.

Did I make the wrong decision when I left the farm?

What if I can’t fulfill my dream? Maybe I should let Luz

Cruz know there is a problem on the set. I don’t want

her to think I’m as helpless as a chick, though.
